Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • MBA in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
