Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will take complete ownership of client communication, lead conversion, and service selling. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with at least 2 years of proven experience in selling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to pitch digital marketing services.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer customized solutions.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients through consultative selling and effective negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling services.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in client interactions over calls/video meetings.
