Job Description

A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand market share. They are responsible for researching market trends, creating business plans, and closing deals that contribute to the company's financial success. Essentially, a BDM works to move prospects through the sales funnel and turn them into paying customers.
