• - Managed waste and emergency response systems effectively.

• - Coordinated UAUC observations and reviewed EHS MOMs and MR meetings.

• Implemented ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities across Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars.

- Led energy management initiatives including shift to renewable sources and installation of energy-efficient systems.

- Developed and enforced waste reduction and water conservation programs.

- Promoted employee well-being through safety training and wellness initiatives.

- Managed community outreach and diversity & inclusion programs.

- Established compliance and ethics frameworks including whistleblowing and data privacy policies.

- Oversaw ESG reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement cycles.
