2 or more years Experience Branch Manager or similar role in any Chits Company . Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations. Results driven and customer focused. Good knowledge in Flexi Loan, Business Loan. The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
