Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across SME and retail segments.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
  • Pitch Pinnacle Loans financial products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
