What You ll Do

Engage every new signup quickly via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Guide clients step by step until first transaction is completed
Prioritize high-potential clients while keeping others warm
Explain Karbon s solutions clearly and address concerns with empathy
Own the funnel in CRM and deliver on activation targets

What We re Looking For

1 4 years in inside sales / telecalling / business development (fintech, SaaS, banking, or BPO sales)
High energy to manage a large call volume (40 60 conversations daily)
Smart funnel management ability to spot and push priority clients
Strong communication and listening skills with customer empathy
Experienced and willingness to adopt CRM tools (HubSpot)
