Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for Website Design, SEO, and PPC services through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Build a consistent sales pipeline using digital tools and execute strategies to meet monthly targets.Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and close deals with confidence.Proposal & Pitching: Create customized proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with the internal team.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, design, and operations teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis: Track weekly/monthly KPIs, lead conversion, and sales funnel metrics. Recommend improvements based on insights.What We're Looking For:Experience: 1-3 years in business development/sales in a digital marketing, IT, or advertising agency (Website Design/SEO/PPC experience preferred).Education: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant field. MBA is a bonus.Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the digital marketing space, focusing on Website Design, SEO, and PPC services.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients, and use this information to refine business development strategies.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' specific needs, demonstrating the value of our digital marketing services.Collaboration: Work closely with the design, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
