Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call leads provided by the company to pitch our IT courses.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and understand their career aspirations.
  • Effectively present and explain the value of our courses to help students make informed decisions.
  • Follow up consistently with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
