Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web and mobile app development projects in the USA and UK markets.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients to drive account retention and growth.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.

  • Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and industry partnerships.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, customized proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to ensure alignment in client expectations and service delivery.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular forecasting and reporting to the management.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and global virtual conferences.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales (web and mobile app services) targeting international markets.

    • Strong understanding of client acquisition and account management in the USA and UK geographies.

    • Demonstrated experience in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online B2B platforms.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals with a consultative selling approach.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal management, and sales reporting.

    • Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
