With over a decade of proven excellence, we are now expanding our footprint into the UAE and other global markets.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who has a strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion—both in India and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying business opportunities in emerging and established markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (especially US, UK, UAE, and APAC regions).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consultative selling and value-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to represent the company.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide product/service positioning.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in business development or sales, with exposure to both Indian and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, RCM, BPO/KPO, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
