Business Development Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT consulting, custom software development, cloud services, and digital transformation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads) in target organizations.
• Conduct client meetings, product/service demos, and sales presentations in coordination with technical teams.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor insights for strategic positioning.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and webinars to promote brand visibility.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT services/solutions sales (B2B or Enterprise)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
