Our portfolio includes data center solutions, cloud integration, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware/software solutions from industry-leading OEMs. Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Infrastructure Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling infrastructure-related services and products through direct and partner channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud, data center, cybersecurity, etc.) Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare and present customized solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and technology partners. Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies. Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. 4–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales or business development, preferably in a System Integrator or IT services company. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Ability to travel as required.
