Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - IT, located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, proposal creation, client presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development, Market Research, and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Proposal Creation
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT Solutions and Services, including Web Development, Internet Marketing, and Mobile Applications
• Proven ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
