Business Development Manager Invitations

About NxtWave:

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of BDAs/TLs for lead qualification & invitation management.
Drive invite-to-show and call-to-visit conversions.
Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and improve funnel efficiency.
Collaborate with lead gen and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
Analyze data and report on invites, walk-ins, and conversions.

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification (preferably in EdTech or B2C).
Proven experience managing teams (TLs/BDAs).
Strong communication in English + one regional language (Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Malayalam etc.).
Hands-on experience with CRMs, dashboards, and data-driven sales processes.

6-day work week (rotational week-offs)
