Business Development Manager (International Corporate Tie-ups)

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will focus on identifying and securing corporate tie-ups with potential partners, as well as expanding our global presence by finding and on boarding representatives outside India. This position requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive sustainable international business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to customize offerings for international markets.
• Share partner feedback to guide product/service improvements and market positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support seamless execution of international business strategies.

• Minimum 5+ years in business development, corporate partnerships, or international sales.
• Proven track record in securing corporate tie-ups, negotiating contracts, and managing long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing international business relationships

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of international business practices, trends, and cultural dynamics.
• Ability to design and execute effective market entry and partnership strategies.
• Analytical mind-set with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Relationship-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
