1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients (Colleges/University) through research, networking, cold calling, and campaigns.
2. Client Engagement: Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase companys training programs like Data science/Machine learning/Java/MERN/Python, addressing client needs.
3. Sales & Conversion: Move leads through the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educators and stakeholders.
5. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and understand competitor activities.
6. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide feedback.
