Technical trainers

You will be working as a freelance Technical Trainer on-site at colleges under the GRAStech division of GRAS Education and Training Services Pvt. Ltd (GRAS Academy). Your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical training sessions, designing training programs, evaluating training requirements, and improving the technical capabilities of individuals. The key skills required for this role are proficiency in Mern, Java, Digital Marketing, and DSA. To excel in this position, you should possess technical training expertise, training & development capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering technical training sessions. You must have the ability to identify training needs, create tailored training modules, and come from a technical training background. Ideally, you should have prior experience in the education or training sector and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
