1. Ensuring Adequacy of Manpower at True Value Channel Dealerships as per business needs
2. Training & Development of True Value Dealership Manpower
3. Ensuring Productivity of Manpower as per business needs
4. Design & Implementation of Reward & Recognition Schemes
5. Monitoring of HR Practices at True Value Dealerships

MAJOR CHALLENGES

1. Making the Dealer Principal understand the significance of Human Capital in Dealership operations
2. Implementing benchmark HR Practices at Dealerships
3. Selection, Recruitment & on-boarding of quality Manpower at Dealerships
4. Managing Attrition of quality manpower at Dealerships
5. Making the Manpower productive as per business needs
