As a Field Sales Development Manager (FSDM) for the True Value Channel, your role involves developing Human Capital at Dealerships. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring adequacy of manpower at True Value Channel Dealerships as per business needs - Providing training and development to True Value Dealership manpower - Ensuring productivity of manpower as per business requirements - Designing and implementing reward and recognition schemes - Monitoring HR practices at True Value Dealerships You may face challenges such as: - Making the Dealer Principal understand the significance of Human Capital in Dealership operations - Implementing benchmark HR practices at Dealerships - Selection, recruitment, and onboarding of quality manpower at Dealerships - Managing attrition of quality manpower at Dealerships - Making the manpower productive as per business needs Your interactions will involve: - Territory Manager - Exchange Sales & New Car Sales - Regional Manager - True Value & New Car - Zonal Head - True Value - Commercial Business Head - Arena & Nexa Channel - Sales Training - H.O Team - Members of other departments of True Value Div - SLP, SNP & NDE - TRV - Regional Accountant & Zonal Accountant In terms of dimensions, you will be responsible for: - Manpower recruited / onboarded at True Value Dealerships in a FY: 200-250 Nos - Manpower Certified at True Value Dealerships in a FY: 150-200 Nos - Number of Trainings in a FY: 80-100 Programs - Number of Training Man-days in a FY: 3000+ Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM with BE/BTech/B.Sc. from AICTE/UGC approved colleges Work Experience: - 2 to 6 years (AM/DM) As a Field Sales Development Manager (FSDM) for the True Value Channel, your role involves developing Human Capital at Dealerships.
