Role Description

We are looking for a Manager – Property Acquisition & Business Development to drive Chaileela’s expansion across India. The role involves managing lease agreements, conducting market research, acquiring prime properties, and fostering strong tenant and community relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime property locations for new outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.
• Negotiate and finalize property deals aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to assess potential areas and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with project, legal, and finance teams for smooth property onboarding.
• Oversee lease administration and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Support property management and maintain strong tenant/landlord relations.

What We are Looking for

• Experience 2-5 years in property acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of securing high-value property deals.
• Market knowledge of metro cities and tier-2/3 towns (a strong plus).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to extensive travel.
• Experience with leases and lease administration.
• Proficiency in conducting market research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
