Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Personalize and execute multichannel outreach (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls) to 20–30 qualified leads daily provided by the leads intern, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates
  • Understand each lead’s digital presence, identify key funnel issues, and convert conversations into discovery calls or meetings with the founder/strategy team
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, lead status, and response rates via CRM or Sheet, and work closely with the founder to refine messaging and improve conversion workflows
