We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers for our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, events, etc.).
Understand client requirements and present the HRMS product solutions accordingly.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow up diligently on leads and ensure a smooth sales conversion process.
Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Eligibility & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, IT, or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience in business development, software product sales, or IT solution sales.
Strong understanding of HR processes and software products (HRMS/Payroll/Employee Management Tools) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
Experience in handling B2B clients and large accounts.
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
Certifications or formal training in Sales, Marketing, or HR tech tools will be an advantage.
