Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Vasco Goai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing existing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, reaching sales goals, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to implement effective sales and marketing campaigns. The role involves frequent interactions with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored insurance solutions aligned with their objectives.

Qualifications

Skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
Proficiency in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Target Achievement
Strong abilities in Market Research, Problem Solving, and Negotiation
Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
