Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our global client acquisition efforts in both IT and Non-IT staffing domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new logos, creating a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across multiple geographies. This role requires an exceptional communicator with a proven track record in acquiring global clients, building long-term relationships, and implementing revenue-generating strategies across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new client logos globally across IT and Non-IT staffing domains.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and industry verticals.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research.
  • Lead the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by creating innovative sales strategies tailored to client needs.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Conduct detailed market research to forecast staffing demands, hiring trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Plan and implement domain-specific approaches (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.) to acquire high-value clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop quarterly/annual business targets and strategies to exceed them.
  • Monitor competition and suggest proactive strategies to ensure market leadership.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong CXO-level and leadership relationships to position the company as a trusted staffing partner.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships through consistent engagement, client satisfaction, and value-driven interactions.
  • Act as the face of the organization during client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Implement revenue-maximization strategies for every acquired client and domain.
  • Drive margin optimization and cross-selling of additional services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts for management reporting.

Requirements

  • Education:

    Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    8+ years of proven success in

    Business Development within Staffing/Recruitment Services

    , with experience in acquiring global clients.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Demonstrated success in bringing in new logos, managing global accounts, and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT staffing domains, workforce solutions, and global hiring trends.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and client prospecting.
    • Strategic thinker with a revenue-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility:

    Ability to work with global clients across multiple geographies and time zones.
