Job Description

  • Conduct

    industry and market research

    to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Promote

    premix products

    (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, acids, nutritional blends) to domestic and international customers.
  • Meet with

    prospective and existing clients

    to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.
  • Participate in

    regular business review meetings

    with stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare and deliver

    presentations/proposals

    to clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies and pricing models

    in line with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close

    business deals/contracts

    with customers.
  • Collaborate with

    Techno-Commercial, R&D, and Quality teams

    to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide

    strategic insights

    .
  • Represent the company at

    trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

    .
  • Provide

    feedback and suggestions

    to the Techno-Commercial team for product/market improvements.
  • Track

    sales progress, KPIs, and prepare detailed reports

    for management.
  • Ensure

    timely collection of payments

    and adherence to agreed commercial terms.
  • Maintain high levels of

    customer satisfaction

    and after-sales support.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    • Graduate in

      Science / Nutrition / Food Technology / Chemistry

      (or related discipline).
    • MBA in

      Sales / Marketing

      is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years

      of proven experience in

      business development / sales

      in premixes, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or related industries.
    • Demonstrated

      track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

      .
    • Experience in

      B2B sales and international business

      (preferred).
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of

      premix formulations

      (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nutritional blends).
    • Excellent

      communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

      .
    • Ability to build and maintain

      long-term customer relationships

      .
    • Strong

      analytical and market research skills

      .
    • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work

      independently

      .
    • Proficiency in

      MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting

      .
