Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for school training vertical
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for short-term and long-term school programs
  • Mentor and track performance of BD interns
  • Ensure meetings-to-closure pipeline using CRM tools
  • Engage with principals and academic heads to pitch our programs
  • Coordinate with ops and L&D teams to ensure seamless delivery post-sales

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in K-12 education or EdTech
  • Proven track record of closures and managing sales teams
  • Familiar with sales funnel metrics and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel locally as required
