Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in Air and Ocean both Exports/Imports
Develop and execute sales plan to achieve revenue and profit targets in the region.
Identify potential customers in different industries viz. manufacturing, engineering, e-commerce and automotive.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and pricing structures tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners including CHA agents, custom brokers and shipping lines.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal team for timely shipment handling and documentation.
Resolve customer issues proactively.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and coordinating with operations to ensure service excellence.
Analyze market trends, trade volumes and competitor activities in the metro and the region.
Identify emerging business opportunities in port linked zones, industrial corridors and airport cargo hubs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive activities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase profitability.
Work closely with operations, pricing, customer service and finance team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery which meets clients expectations.
Coordinate with customers and develop the possibility of international imports from various countries.
Contribute to process improvements and share feedback from clients to enhance service levels.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide weekly/monthly reports.
