Job Description

Customer Coordination :

Serve as fist point of contact for customers on shipment queries, updates and service issues.

Manage customer bookings and coordinate shipment execution from pick up until delivery.

Maintain regular communication with customers.

2. Documentation and Handling:

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoice, etc)

Verify customer instructions and coordinate with internal departments.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies for export/import documentation.

3. Shipment tracking and Updates:

Track shipments proactively and provide status updates to customers.

Coordinate with Liners, Airlines, transporters for smooth operations and cargo flow.

Handle post shipment documentation and billing process.

4.Issue resolution:

Handle service failures if any, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Support any claims handling for cargo damage etc. in coordination with operations.

5. Relationship management:

Maintain string customer relationship to enhance retention.

Support the business development team as and when needed to resolve any service issues.
