We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and participate in the business growth of the organization.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and overseeing project delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure service satisfaction, retention, and growth.

2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and pursue new leads to drive revenue growth.

3. Project Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of installations, job works, and other projects.

4. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

4. AR & Collections: Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment from clients and minimizing bad debt.

5. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.

6. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates.

7. New Client Development: Participate in new business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

Education: Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Affairs/Communications, Sales, business development, HRM, CRM, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with the industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Nice to Have:

✓MBA or equivalent: Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.

✓Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CRM or sales certifications.

✓Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
