Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities within government sectors, focusing on IT and eLearning solutions.
Manage the complete government tendering process including RFI/RFP/RFQ (RFX), proposal preparation, bid submission, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and finance) to design effective solutions aligned with client needs and tender requirements.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Monitor government portals and procurement sites for relevant tenders and upcoming opportunities.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure.
Represent FCS Learning Solutions in government meetings, vendor empanelments, and client discussions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated with government policies, procurement trends, and competitive landscapes in IT and eLearning domains.
