Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop business relationships with

    Tier-1 vendors / Prime Vendors.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the

    US IT staffing domain

    .
  • Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates
  • Work closely with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Account Managers) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) and tax terms (W2,1099, C2C).
