This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to drive sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating detailed sales reports. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and attending industry events to stay informed on market trends.
Drive specifications and business development in assigned territory
Work closely with architects, consultants, builders, and key accounts to ensure brand approvals and specifications
Generate business through specifications and follow-ups till project closure
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and timely execution
Must have experience in getting brand specification with architects, consultants, or key accounts
Profile focus: Key Accounts / Farmer / BDM (not sales/channel partners)
Should have strong exposure to brand specification selling and corporate clients
Good communication skills & personality a must
Ability to handle key account management and build long-term relationships
Not channel sales, not dealer/distributor profiles
