Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Present company products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business forums

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
