Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with financial institutions or similar organizations is preferred.
