Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with 11 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
