Role Summary

Business Development Manager (Chennai, full-time, on-site)


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in educational and corporate sectors.
  • Build long-term client relationships and close deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forge alliances.
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and CRM reporting.
  • Provide client/market feedback to refine products and strategy.
  • Business Development Coordination with all regions.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales/Business Development (EdTech/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning, market research, and revenue growth expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
