Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Manager for Hyderabad, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Bangalore, on a full-time, on-site basis, with a focus on field work to drive growth in the EduTech sector. The role involves identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, building partnerships, and expanding adoption of our digital learning solutions across schools, universities, training institutes, and corporates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in educational institutions and corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance visibility and forge alliances.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, prepare accurate revenue forecasts, and maintain CRM reporting.
  • Gather client and market feedback to refine products, services, and business strategy.
  • Coordinate business development activities across all regions to ensure consistent execution.
  • Consistently achieve assigned targets and prepare forecast plans to drive the next phase of organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales/Business Development (EduTech experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, market research, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field.
