Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Easebuzz, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive the company's growth. You will act as a customer-facing product manager, collaborating with customers to co-create innovative product solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of a category of merchant customers, focusing on relationship growth, revenue generation, product adoption, and usage. - Implementing diverse tactics to expand the merchant base across different business categories. - Developing pitch decks, product documentation, RFP responses, and proposals to support business growth. - Collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer relationships and create successful outcomes. - Identifying opportunities for collaboration with internal product and engineering teams to shape Easebuzz's product strategy. - Working with the legal department to structure customer contracts that benefit both the customer and Easebuzz. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS/Fintech companies, preferably in sales management or customer-facing product management roles. - Proficiency in simplifying complex technical and product requirements and engaging in the co-creation process. - Strong negotiation skills for managing delivery milestones and commercial agreements with customers. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities. - Experience in business plan development and strategic planning for specific categories. - Empathy, persuasion, and the ability to navigate unknown territories comfortably.
