• Role OverviewMeta Black LLC is looking for an experienced Domestic Business Development Manager with a strong background in client acquisition, revenue growth, and end-to-end sales management within the Indian market.
• Key Responsibilities Drive domestic business growth through new client acquisition Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams Prepare proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contractsAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsTrack market trends and competitor activities
• Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Domestic Business DevelopmentStrong network of Indian clients (IT / Staffing / Services preferred) Proven track record in closures and revenue generationExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and drive targets
