Role Objective

open doors, build a qualified pipeline and close profitable deals

  • Hospitals & healthcare chains
Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and target

    multi-location chains

    (QSR, retail, hotels, hospitals, airports).
  • Use your

    existing connects

    with CMOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, Projects, Procurement, Franchise Owners etc.
  • Book meetings, give first-level pitch, and coordinate demos with internal team.

2. Key Account Management

  • Map all key stakeholders in each account (Marketing, IT, Projects, Purchase, Finance).
  • Create

    account penetration plan

    – pilot → rollout → AMC / upgrade.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups, review meetings and renewal / expansion opportunities.

3. Solution Selling (Not Box Selling)

  • Understand customer’s

    business problem

    (queues, labour cost, brand visibility, standardisation).
  • Work with internal team to propose

    solutions

    : LED walls, kiosks, menu boards, retail fixtures, CMS/software, AMC.
  • Present

    ROI-based proposals

    (payback, increased sales, reduced manpower, etc.).

4. Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain opportunity pipeline in

    CRM / Google Sheets

    with clear stages.
  • Weekly reporting of:
  • New meetings done
  • Opportunities added
  • Proposals sent
  • Orders closed
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, Production, Finance) for smooth order-to-delivery.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing and key projects in

    digital signage & kiosks

    .
  • Suggest new offerings, bundles and pricing models based on market feedback.

  • Number of qualified meetings per month

  • Value of pipeline created

Must-Have Experience
  • 3–10 years

    in B2B sales in

    any of these

    (at least one is a must):
  • Digital signage / LED displays / AV solutions
  • Kiosk / POS / self-service systems
  • Retail fixtures / in-store branding
  • IT/tech solutions for QSR, retail, hospitality, healthcare
  • Proven track record of

    closing projects in lakhs to crores

    .
  • Existing network

    of decision makers in at least

    one

    of these sectors: QSR, retail, hotels, hospitals, airports, large corporates.
  • Comfort with

    field work, travel and multi-city clients

    .
  • Strong in

    Excel / Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, PowerPoint

    .
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience working with

    system integrators, architects, brand agencies, OEMs

    .
  • Understanding of

    basic tech

    : LED specs, kiosk hardware, CMS/software, networking.
  • Experience in

    multi-location rollouts

    AMC / service contracts
