The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in diverse sectors such as healthcare, beauty, manufacturing, and service sectors
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, directories, referrals, and networking
  • Qualify prospects based on turnover, digital maturity, and market potential
  • Conduct discovery calls and share customized growth audits or proposals
  • Present and pitch digital marketing solutions aligned to client needs
  • Handle objections and close deals to meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and handover
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the leadership team


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing services, or business development
  • Familiar with healthcare, beauty, D2C, manufacturing, or service-based businesses
  • Based in or willing to work from Vadodara (hybrid/office)


Skills Required

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, social, performance)
  • Ability to research, qualify, pitch, and close clients
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms


Compensation & Growth Package

  • CTC up to ₹6.2 LPA+
  • ₹25,000/month fixed + up to ₹25,000/month variable
