Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing services, especially in performance marketing, brand campaigns, and lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients, pitch digital advertising solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in sectors like education, healthcare, real estate, BFSI, and e-commerce.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored digital advertising solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, SEO, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to create high-impact proposals and media plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis, pricing negotiations, and pitch presentations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, weekly reporting, and revenue tracking.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pitch confidently to CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar (preferred).
