Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads via cold calling, references, and networking.
  • Reach out to corporates, PMC, architects, and designers for RFPs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities in interior fit-out / modular / furniture projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA with

    7-10 years in Business Development / Sales

    (Interiors, Fit-outs, Modulars, Furniture, Lighting).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Well-networked with

    architects, PMC, designers, developers, corporates

    .
  • Comfortable with travelling across NCR/Pan India.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and experienced in handling B2B sales.
