Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Conduct market research to develop strategies and target high-potential prospects.
Reach out to premium schools, colleges, universities, K12 institutions, and medical & engineering colleges on a daily basis to build a strong sales funnel.
Conduct follow-up meetings, share proposals/quotations, and close deals based on institutional requirements.
Deliver engaging presentations to Deans, HODs, Academic Heads, and other senior stakeholders.
Travel to client institutions across assigned territories as required.
Maintain a consultative sales approach while interacting with premium institutions and schools.
Stay updated on current market trends and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Prior experience in institutional sales / EdTech sales (preferred).
