Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services confidently to clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and client updates to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in [insert relevant industry—e.g., Leasing, Financial Services, or Real Estate]).
