Business Development Manager – Study Abroad (MBBS Focus)
📍 Location: Karnal, Haryana 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development professional from the study abroad/ed-tech industry to expand and manage our partner network (education agencies, coaching centers) with a strong focus on MBBS abroad programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard & manage B2B partners (education agents, coaching centers, consultants).
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company goals.
• Drive lead generation & student admissions through partner channels.
• Provide partners training on admission, visa, and MBBS program requirements.
• Ensure updated communication on policies, scholarships, and programs.
• Track performance via CRM and ensure compliance with processes.
Requirements
• 4+ years overall experience in Ed-Tech / Overseas Education.
• Minimum 2 years in Study Abroad B2B sales (MBBS background preferred).
• Proven track record in business development & partnership management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with international admissions, visa procedures & MBBS abroad.
• CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Salesforce) & MS Office proficiency.
Preferred
• Existing agent/consultant network in study abroad domain.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings & education fairs.
