Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end

  sales cycle

  from lead conversion to deal closure
• Conduct

  site visits

  and property walkthroughs with prospective clients
• Present and promote

  plots, villas, and apartment projects

  effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to successfully

  close deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

• Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups using

  CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 34 years of proven experience in

  real estate sales / business development

• Strong knowledge of residential real estate (plots, villas, apartments)
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel and conduct frequent

  site visits

• Target-driven with strong closing abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Graduate in any discipline
