Digital Marketing Manager

• Applicants must have hands-on experience in the following areas: SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.( Mandatory )

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, services, and brand presence across online platforms.

2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.

3. Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.

4. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and boost organic search rankings for relevant keywords and locations.

5. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, development) to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to maximize resources and achieve marketing objectives within budget.

9. Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies, including email automation and CRM integration, to convert leads into clients.

10. Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and consumer behavior to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

11. Hands-on experience with WordPress is mandatory.
