You will be joining USM Business Systems as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Client Acquisition for US Recruitment. In this full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for the organization. Your key tasks will include conducting market research, holding client meetings, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your role will encompass various aspects of client acquisition and relationship management. You will need to identify and target potential clients in the US market, establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored staffing solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Market research and lead generation will be crucial components of your role. You will be expected to conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, develop lead generation strategies through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events, and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. In terms of sales and business growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets. This will involve preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients, closing deals, and facilitating the smooth onboarding of new clients. Collaboration and coordination with internal teams will be essential for success in this role. You will work closely with the recruitment team to align resource availability with client needs, collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and campaigns, and provide valuable client feedback to enhance service offerings. Furthermore, you will be involved in candidate and talent pool management. This will entail collaborating with recruiters to understand candidate availability, developing a talent pipeline for quick deployment to client projects, and maintaining a database of qualified candidates with various IT skills. Your role will also involve reporting and documentation tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular reports on business development performance and forecasts, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction levels. As a Business Development Manager, it is imperative that you adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards in all your dealings. Staying updated with US employment laws and visa regulations relevant to international staffing will be essential to ensure compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in B2B sales and client management, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and knowledge of US visa processes and compliance regulations (which is a plus).
